We are currently looking for a Self-Motivate and Qualified professional to assume the position of an Administrative, Finance & Operations Associate.
This position requires strong Interpersonal, Organisational and Prioritisation skills as well as Meticulous Executions of tasks at hand, with an Obsession for punctually meeting Deadlines.
Successful candidate will be based in Singapore.
Responsabilities
- Reporting to the relevant regulator(s), including but not limited to, the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- Responsible for the Singapore Branch’s Accounting and Reconciliation of Bank statements. Actively taking part to resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Singapore Branch’s Operational Budgeting – Plan, Monitor and Execute.
- Handling of Administrative Tasks linked to Human Resources issues; including but not limited to processing Hiring and/or Departures of Employees, Managing Branch Payroll and Employee Fringe Benefits (e.g. Employee Health Insurance Schemes).
- Assistance with other Ad-Hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related discipline.
- Experience in regulatory functions and reporting to MAS is a must.
- Technical Knowledge of Reinsurance preferred.
- Native and Professional Excellence in English (Spoken and Written). Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP to be positively considered.
- 2-10 years relevant work experience.
- High degree of integrity and ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information, in a discreet and professional manner, is essential.
- Reliable, Proactive and Solution-Focused individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
