Inspiring - Your Tasks:

  • Supporting the Chief Sales Officer and Segment Leaders at companies headquarters in Munich.
  • Managing daily organizational and operational matters such calender management, periodic international team meetings, global travel incl. Visa and Travel Expenses
  • Supporting the sales team actively throughout the whole sales cycle by working on presentations and reporting slide decks as well as with combining data input in Excel and transform such data into management presentation graphics
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting formats and follow up on deadlines and summarize inputs
  • Managing critical topics/milestones pro active and define priorities as well as communicating to teams and other departments representing sales/product management leadership
  • Completing a variety of administrative tasks

Convincing - Your Profile:

  • Higher Education (Bachelor) or equal through experience
  • Significant experience in international travel management
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in German and English are fundamental to this role
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Very good MS-Office skills as well as experience with ERP-Systems (Salesforce is desirable)
  • A quick mind, structured, analytical, pragmatic, proactive, with a bias for action
  • Goal-oriented and a can-do-attitude
  • Ability to work under stress on various tasks
